PORK IN STYLE RETURNS TO FHA SINGAPORE 2026 — A SECOND YEAR OF EUROPEAN FLAVOR AND STYLE
The “European Pork. Pork in Style” campaign returned to Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 for its second consecutive year, bringing the quality and versatility of European pork from France and Portugal back to one of Asia’s leading food and hospitality trade events.
Organized by FILPORC and INAPORC, and co-funded by the European Union, the campaign welcomed chefs, importers, retailers, distributors, and food lovers from across the region for another flavourful showcase of premium European pork products.
Local flavors, European quality
The ‘Pork in Style’ booth quickly became a lively destination on the exhibition floor, where visitors gathered to enjoy live cooking demonstrations prepared by professional chefs using premium European pork cuts. The chefs prepared a variety of local-inspired dishes, showcasing how naturally European pork fits into Singaporean cuisine, while the freshly prepared tastings were served directly to attendees by the on-site team.
Visitors also enjoyed beautifully prepared charcuterie boards featuring saucisson, premium ham, and traditional Corsican cured meats, offering guests a delicious taste of European craftsmanship and tradition.
European Pork continues to turn heads in Singapore
As Singapore’s appetite for premium and artisanal food experiences continues to grow, ‘Pork in Style’ once again drew strong attention from professionals across the retail, hospitality, and food service sectors. Visitors showed particular interest in the flavor, consistency, and quality standards associated with European pork from France and Portugal.
FHA 2026 also provided another valuable opportunity for the campaign to strengthen connections with industry professionals and continue building visibility across Southeast Asia.
