“This October, European pork hit South Korea’s culinary radar again. The country’s top food professionals—from importers and distributors to chefs and hotel F&B insiders—came together to experience what European pork is really about. 

The tasting lineup demonstrated the full range of what Europe brings to the table. First, delicate charcuterie boards with saucissons seasoned with herbs and spices, silky rosettes, and Bayonne ham, among others. Then, the perfect European pork cuts—belly and ribs—served in both European classics and Korean-style favourites.
