A Michelin Star Culinary Class with European Pork

What can connect a Michelin-starred chef, excellent quality pork and very enthusiastic young students? You guessed right, it’s the ‘European pork. Pork in Style’ Masterclass, second edition in Busan.  

On October 31st, 2025, Michelin starred chef Jaehoon Kim from Palate Busan and ‘European pork. Pork in Style’ campaign came together at Youngsan University to teach lucky students about the quality, flavour, sustainability and animal welfare principles that characterise European pork products. Of course, the young chefs also had the opportunity to get their hands on these premium ingredients to cook, plate and taste 3 EU pork dishes. A top-notch chef with a relaxed and inspiring approach, Chef Kim made the experience both educational and unforgettable for the next generation of Korean chefs. 

It definitely was a class to remember, with plenty of flavour, exquisite cooking techniques, and above all, full of laughter and excitement!
