A Cut Above: European Pork – PorkInStyle Debuts at FHA Singapore 2025

The allure of premium European pork drew food lovers to the PorkInStyle booth at FHA—Food & Beverage Asia 2025as the campaign made its debut in Singapore. Organized by FILPORC and INAPORC, and co-funded by the European Union, the campaign proudly showcased the culinary elegance and unmatched quality of European pork from France and Portugal—and left a delicious impression on everyone who stopped by the booth.

Hot Plates & Cool Cuts: PorkInStyle Moment

Meat lovers, chefs, importers, and curious foodies alike flocked to the PorkInStyle booth, where live cooking sessions took center stage. A professional chef wowed crowds by preparing a selection of Western and Singaporean dishes using only the finest cuts. The dishes demonstrated how seamlessly European pork complements a wide range of cuisines—whether a Western-style cut or a Singaporean favorite—combining flavor with tender, high-quality cuts.

And it wasn’t just the hot dishes turning heads—a curated charcuterie selection gave attendees a chance to explore the artistry of European cold cuts. Whether it was classic saucisson or indulgent pâtés, each item told a story of tradition, craft, taste—and style!

When Style Meets Demand: Industry Takes Notice

The PorkInStyle booth was the place to be at FHA 2025, drawing attention from industry professionals across Southeast Asia. With an increasing number of SFA-approved European pork plants now shipping to Singapore, the timing couldn’t be better. Distributors, retailers, and food service leaders showed strong interest in expanding their offerings with the distinctive flavors of EU pork.

As the Singaporean market becomes more attuned to premium and artisanal meat products, EU pork—especially from France and Portugal—is well-positioned to meet evolving consumer demands.

What’s Next for PorkInStyle?

The PorkInStyle campaign is just getting started. With a full calendar of promotional activities planned for 2026 and 2027 in Singapore and beyond, the campaign will continue to bring the best of European pork to Asia. Stay tuned—there’s plenty more stylish deliciousness to come.
