PorkInStyle Takes Over Seoul — 와우! What a Taste of Europe at SFH 2025!
Wow indeed! The PorkInStyle campaign landed in Seoul this June with a bang—and a whole lot of flavor. South Korea’s meat-loving crowd got a premium taste of European pork from France and Portugal, along with a dazzling spread of artisan charcuterie that turned heads (and turned visitors into fans).
Brought to SFH Seoul 2025 by the ‘European Pork. PorkInStyle’ campaign—organized by FILPORC and INAPORC and co-funded by the European Union—this event marked another exciting chapter in connecting with global food lovers and industry professionals.
A Booth Full of Flavor and Flair
The PorkInStyle booth quickly became a hotspot on the show floor, thanks to its energetic chef team who cooked up a fusion of Korean classics using European pork. From Korean-style salads with premium European cuts to fall-off-the-bone ribs prepared with finesse, the booth showcased how effortlessly EU pork blends into Korean cuisine—deliciously and stylishly.
But that’s not all! Charcuterie lovers were treated to a tasting journey through Europe with truffle saucisson, Bayonne ham, and more. It was a meat lover’s paradise, attracting both curious foodies and seasoned industry pros.
European Pork Meets Korean Curiosity
The Korean market is evolving fast—with consumers hungry for new, high-quality food experiences. And with more European pork producers now approved to export to South Korea, the timing is perfect. The response at SFH showed a growing appetite for sustainability, quality, and bold new flavors—everything European pork brings to the table.
What’s Next for PorkInStyle?
This was just the beginning. With more PorkInStyle activities planned for South Korea later this year, the campaign is committed to building lasting connections with the Korean food scene.
Stay tuned—flavor, quality, and more stylish moments are on the way!
