The tasting lineup demonstrated the full range of what Europe brings to the table. First, delicate charcuterie boards with saucissons seasoned with herbs and spices, silky rosettes, and Bayonne ham, among others. Then, the perfect European pork cuts—belly and ribs—served in both European classics and Korean-style favourites. All dishes were paired with a good pour of European wine… now that’s a genuine flavour showcase!”
